• You'll permanently lose your account and all data associated with it, including your saved alarms, Missions, and app preferences.
• You won't be able to sign in to Vertical or use its features with this account.
• If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. To avoid further charges, cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your account.

You can delete your account in either of the following ways:

• In the app (recommended): Open Vertical and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then follow the prompts to confirm.

• By email: Because you sign in with your Apple or Google account, send an email to hello@wakevertical.com from the same email address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete My Vertical Account. We will verify your request and delete your account.

Once your request is verified, your account and the personal data associated with it will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations.
